For the exclusive Production of Patè and Cream spread we use black and green olives(1st.quality) from our area.
Like all our products of Handmade canned foods, even our vegetable creams are produced and put in glass jars to guarantee it’s original characteristic of all ingredients, this way the product stays unaltered. The olives are hand selected by our staff, picking the healthy ones for our production.
Our green and black olive vegetable cream , is an excellent natural cream to prepare bruschetta, to use as appetizers. Great also on cold omelette.
