For the production of Handmade Canned Olives, our specialties: Green Olives , Itrane Olives (Yellow,Green), Black Olives and Pitted Olives, the biggest and meaty ones are used for our production. The sour of the olive is eliminated naturally after the fermentation and recreates it’s original smell and taste as on the plant. We must emphasize our famous Handmade production of the black Itrana Olive. It has a very firm, bitter, and crispy taste different from the other olives. Used only as appetizer and hors d’oeuvre. The black Itrana Olives have a high energy value and reduces the bad cholesterol and has positive effect on the blood pressure. The olives have a natural flavor and the elevated salt level keeps the olives from going bad.
