Mushrooms in oil: Handmade Canned Foods

The quality of our mushrooms in oil are guaranteed by origin of the raw material.
We use young and fresh ones, they are cleaned, washed and dried. For the Canned mushrooms in oil we use four types, this way you can enjoy 4 different flavors and very rich taste:

• Agaricus Bisporus
• Phaliota Mutabilus
• Nameko Phaliota

The specific quality characteristics of these mushrooms, the particular taste, our traditional recipe which is used for the handmade production by highly qualified workers gives our mushrooms in oil a unique taste.
After Processing the mushrooms, they are put in glass jars adding various ingredient and sunflower oil. The canning is done manually like our antic techniques.
The jars filled with spices and sunflower oil are sealed vacuumed packed with metal caps and pasteurized. Thanks to the extremely high quality of the raw materials, and our handmade procedure makes this product well known in different parts of the world.
Ideal for appetizers. Perfect with cold cuts, or as meat side dishes.
Besides the above it is perfect with vegetable salads or cold pasta/rice salads.
