Rapini: Handmade Canned Goods

Our Handmade Rapini are conserved in oil and glass jars. Our Products are very well known.
For Rapini we mean Friarielli, which anciently were cultivated as fodder for animals. During the war men started to eat them and discovered a high quality food.
A typical vegetable produced from central Italy are our glass canned Rapini in oil. They are a real specialty and can be used as a simple and delicious side dish to accompany Meat or Fish with a delicate sour taste.
With our Handmade rapini in oil, it’s possible to eat them all year round, because this vegetable is planted in September and picked within in April.

Grilled Zucchini Squash

For our Grilled Zucchini Squash preserved in oil , we use the more tender, light colored Zucchini Squash.
They are washed in cold running water and cut by hand lengthwise, put in a water and salt solution. They are then lightly pressed to eliminate the solution. The Zucchini Squash are then roasted and preserved in oil.
The Roasted Zucchini Squash in oil are great as a snack or side dish with toasted bread. Also great with cheese or fish dishes.
The Roasted Zucchini Squash is one of our most appreciated products, due to delicate taste and easy use.
Our handmade procedure helps to keep the quality and Vitamins.
They are rich in Potassium, Folic Acid, Vitamin E, Anti-inflammatory and Diuretic.
