The Borrettana onion is a Herbaceous which grows twice a year.
It is flat and white, round and small an italian product, with a sweet delicate smell and taste.
We produce them grilled and in oil because they are suitable for any gastronomic use.
The small onions (Lampascioni) are not well know, but have a lot of benefits for our health. They contain Iron ,Copper, Magnesium, Potassium, Flavonoids, Vitamins and Mineral with a high fiber level. For our production we use only the bulb, because it is the only eatable part. It has little calories and is a natural anti-flammatory ,and can diminish blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Our product, Lampascioni in oil, is a mixture of flavors similar to asparagus ,mushrooms and red fruits.

Garlic, not loved by many , but our method of producing and preserving this Handmade vegetable bulb is a real delicacy.
They are quickly boiled to eliminate the strong aroma which characterizes them without altering there therapeutic characteristics.
Our Garlic preserves in oil can be served as appetizers or accompanying meat/fish dishes or also adding to a salad.
They are also great with fresh cheese, while sipping cold and sparling wine.
